As
Corporate Affairs Senior Manager for Turkey, Middle East and North Africa,
Nevine is responsible for managing the Corporate Affairs Activities Portfolio
in MEA by working with her team to build the number of projects/initiatives in
her Geography, the number of partner
sponsors/donors (public & private sectors) and leveraging all opportunities
for giving back to the community.
Nevine joined Cisco Egypt as the
Area Academy Manager for North Africa & Levant countries in April 2004,
she was able to grow the academy program by 72% in one year, successfully
implemented all assigned initiatives and has been instrumental in
driving public private partnerships in this region, particularly in the case of
Jordan, Morocco, Lebanon, Egypt and Algeria.
In August 2007, Nevine was promoted as the Regional Manager managing
the Middle East and Africa team consisting of 8 Area Academy Managers. She
has been responsible for the operation of Cisco Systems’ flagship in Corporate
Social Responsibility, “Cisco Networking Academy Program”, with more than
114,000 students at 1190 academies in 58 countries.
In
February 2012, she has taken responsibility of Corporate Affairs, Global
Engagement Organization, as the Senior Manager of Turkey, Middle East and North
Africa.
Having
worked in different industries as a Business Development Manager and for the
last 7 years prior her joining Cisco as a Vice President of FinRate Consulting
s.a.e., a reputable business consulting firm in the Middle East, she brings to
her position regional experience in business development and project management,
a strong understanding of industries and increasing responsibility in
leadership positions.
Nevine
holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Cairo University
and had a French Education.
