Hussein Hachem is the Chief Executive Officer in the
Middle East and Africa for Aramex, one of the leading
global providers of total transportation solutions,
currently listed on the Dubai Financial Market
(DFM: ARMX).
Mr. Hachem holds a BA from the American University
of Beirut and has completed a number of executive
development and management programs namely from
the Business School of Wharton University in
Pennsylvania, USA.
Mr. Hachem started his career with Aramex in 1991
as a management trainee then moved up the ladder
successfully to fulfill the role of the General Manager
in Kuwait, and the General Manager in Sri Lanka.
Mr. Hachem later became the Vice President for Oman
and UAE, CEO for GCC and currently the CEO for Middle
East and Africa.
He is an active member of the company’s Global
Management Team and offers a wide knowledge of
the logistics and transportation industry and in depth
understanding of current and future markets trends.
Mr. Hachem also sits on several boards related to the
logistics and transportation industry.
