Hana Darwazeh Ramadan has been with Hikma Pharmaceuticals since 2001.
Hana began her career at Hikma as Manager of Training and Development. With
Hikma becoming a publicly listed company in the LSE (London Stock Exchange) in
2005, Hana moved on to Corporate Communication and in 2006 was assigned as
Director of Corporate Communication. Prior to working at Hikma, she worked as a
professional trainer, researcher and writer as well as a Business English
Instructor.
Hana has a BA in International Relations and an MBA specializing in
Organizational Psychology and Development. She was instrumental in formalizing
Corporate Responsibility at Hikma and is a member of the CR Core Committee
which reports directly to the BOD. Hana is on the Board of Directors of The
Information and Research Center- King Hussein Foundation.
